2016 came and went faster than any other year of my existence. In 2016, I started a new chapter of my life that has been filled with challenge after challenge after challenge. But in more ways than one, it has been incredibly rewarding. What may come easy to others has required much more from me. But, I’m still standing strong with control of my sanity (well, for the most part).
I’ve been blessed with a supportive family and new friends on this journey. Life is good. I can’t complain.
Unfortunately in 2016, I lost my baby boy, Mixy, who gave me the best 14 years of my life. There are no words for the loss of a dog. To them your their world, and to me he was definitely mine. I miss him everyday.
Today, to hold myself once again accountable for the resolutions I make for the year I shall put them in writing in hopes that I follow through for all of 2017.
- Get fit
- Eat healthier
- Go to church
- Make up no-buy
- Target trips limit to twice a month
- Stay positive
Here’s to 2017! Push.
